What lies behind your eyes? I tell you FB memories are right on time. I got such a heartfelt inbox this am. My friend, my angel nurse, sent a message and asked me how I was doing. I responded I am well, etc,etc. He then responded “your eyes look sad”and sent an encouraging word. I began to cry at the goodness of God. I looked at my pictures and can see things in my eyes that tell a story I have never uttered. I am so grateful that God still has people assigned to my life that can see me and through me. My eyes spoke to him through a picture and he sent a word. Then a FB memory that reminds me of such joy. It is amazing how your smile can tell a different story than your eyes. So today I ask, are you sensitive to the Holy Spirit enough to see past the surface of yourself and others? Are you open enough to let God use you to encourage someone else? Take time today and find out how a person or even yourself is really doing…You maybe surprised in what lies behind a person’s eyes.
